The beam of GSVM series v grooving machine is fixed, the workpiece is fed by the back feeding mechanism, and the worktable is made of carbon tool steel. The hardness of the worktable is 55-60HRC after high-frequency surface quenching (ordinary worktable<30HRC), which makes the hardness of the worktable much higher than that of stainless steel. The whole GSVM v grooving machine is designed with a frame structure, and the worktable is made of low-alloy high-strength structural steel.
